Measure up room by room and get the area, what to order and the price of the flooring and underlay for each room.
Printed on the estimate, e.g. what's included or what the customer needs to do before the fit
Every room uses this flooring and underlay unless you untick "Use the default flooring" in the room. Change it here and every room using it updates.
Added to every room's area to cover cuts, pattern matching and offcuts. 10% suits most rooms; allow more for awkward shapes or diagonal laying.

Quantities include your wastage allowance. Carpet and sheet vinyl come off a roll, usually 4 m or 5 m wide, so check the cut plan with your supplier before ordering. Prices are as you entered them, so include VAT in them if you want it in the total.
Disclaimer: These are estimates only, worked out from the measurements, wastage allowance and prices you enter. Each room's area is its length times its width, so alcoves, bays, hearths, fitted units and doorways are only counted if you measure them in. Quantities include your wastage allowance but not a cut plan: carpet and sheet vinyl come off a roll, usually 4 m or 5 m wide, so the amount you need to order can be more than shown. Check every measurement on site and confirm quantities and prices with your supplier before ordering or quoting. ProWorks gives no warranty as to accuracy or fitness for purpose and accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of these results.
A few habits that keep the estimate close to what you end up ordering.
Take the length and width at the widest points of the room, into door reveals and bay windows. Split an L-shaped room into two rooms and add each one.
5-10% covers most square rooms in plank or tile. Herringbone, diagonal laying and patterned carpet often need 15% or more.
Carpet goes on underlay; laminate, LVT and wood usually need a foam or fibreboard base layer. Tick the box in each room that needs one and enter its price.
