Add team members only when you need them: a Supervisor is £20 a month, a Standard user £15, an Accounting login for your accountant or bookkeeper £10, and a Subcontractor £5 a month plus 50p for each day you assign them work. There are no setup fees and no charges per job, quote or invoice.

A user is a login you create for someone in your own business or a subcontractor you work with, charged at the price for their role. Your customers are not users: their access to the customer portal, where they approve quotes and download invoices, is included at no charge.
A subcontractor login is £5 a month plus 50p for each day you assign that subcontractor to a job. They log hours on the jobs you give them and see the job details they need, but not your customer list. Their time and costs land on your invoice for the job.
Yes. An Accounting login is £10 a month and lets your accountant or bookkeeper see your invoices, material costs and timesheets, download the invoices CSV and mark invoices as paid. It cannot create or edit invoices, or reach your quotes, customers or the job diary.
