Projects are now live! This new feature allows you to group jobs together under a single project to help with organisation. We'll be expanding upon this feature in future updates.
We've launched a new teams view for assignments. If you're on a team subscription you can now find this new tab under Assignments. This allows you to see all of your team's assignments per week, on a single page.
We've made some further improvements to our material uploads AI capabilities. It will now support a wider variety of date formats and support more document layouts.

Subcontracting is now live! This major new feature allows you to invite any subcontractors to collaborate. Subject to their approval, you will be able to directly assign work to their team. You will see hours and comments in the Job Assignments table as usual, and costs will be visible in your Invoices. You can find this new feature under the Subcontracting tab in Setup.
We've added new help pages for subcontractors to help them get started with ProWorks. We will launch these for all other users in the near future.
We've launched a new viewer for Materials Uploads. This allows you to view the materials you've uploaded in a more user-friendly way, avoiding the need to download them. You can find this new feature via the view icon on any Materials Upload.
We've updated the Job Assignments page so that standard users will only see the status and comments for other users' assignments. This helps reduce confusion and makes it easier to see what is going on.

We've added a new setting to enable order numbers for jobs.
When order numbers are enabled, you can set them when adding or editing jobs, including when adding via a new quote.
You can now search for jobs by order number.
Both references and order numbers now appear on the quotes and invoices lists.

The job details modal now displays the order number, key dates, and who added the job.

We've removed the delete and edit buttons on the jobs list, as these actions can now be performed from the jobs modal.
There is a new pause button for running assignments, to make it easier to stop the clock.
We've removed the 'taking a break' status from an assignment, because we now have the pause button.
The start button is now only visible on today's assignments in the Assignments view.
There is a new actioned button for assignments to allow users to quickly add time to jobs. By default, this will be available to all missed assignments in the past.
The new actioned button can be added to the current day's assignments by setting the new Quick completion setting to Show, within Settings > Assignments.
